TT Angel: a service dedicated to businesses that do not have a dedicated IT department but want to ensure the efficiency of their IT systems. A qualified technical figure, a veritable "guardian angel" of IT systems, will be responsible for planning the monitoring and optimisation of the IT infrastructure, directly at the client's site.

TT Care Business: an on-call service that assures quick and programmed operations with set costs.

TT Care Business is available in two options: Standard, which offers a complete hardware operation service; and All-Inclusive, which includes spare parts.

With TT Care Business service, even small businesses can finally ensure value-added maintenance: all of our technicians are highly qualified and have elevated levels of certification from the most prestigious IT market vendors.

TT Care Business Plus: the outsourcing service for out-of-warranty hardware, a service that allows clients to take technical action with SLA the next business day or, alternatively, replace the faulty device with a courtesy machine within 3 working days.

TT Telephone Assistance Care CAD, PDM: a service that provides a single interface with TT specialists who can be contacted directly Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The technicians will take on the task, possibly raising it to Autodesk, with communications in Italian rather than English (because with Autodesk technical support, it is only possible to interact in English after the problem has been determined).
