The TT Tre60 service responds to our clients' requests for a single partner who can deliver the entire range of services aimed at supporting, maintaining and operating the infrastructure.
The activities, including the ongoing management of systems, the management of breakdowns, handling of ordinary and extraordinary changes and the preventive activities, are entrusted to a technical structure that includes all of the resources working on the operational execution of the service and the activities aimed at ensuring the efficiency, quality and availability of the IT infrastructure of the client, according to the predetermined service levels.
The organisation of the service comprises:
Service Desk, the single contact point, responsible for managing service requests through to their complete resolution
Competence Centre, the support team composed of top-level technicians and 2nd and 3rd tier specialists
Remote Monitoring, the organisation responsible for proactive monitoring of systems, designed to continuously monitor the state of the client's ICT infrastructure
Proximity Personnel, the team of technicians and specialists dedicated to operational activities at the client's office and/or Data Centre locations.
