RENEWAL OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE

Le Village is an Innovation Hub, an open ecosystem that supports the growth of startups and accelerates the innovation of companies, thanks to the synergy and connection between Corporate, Startup and the Credit Agricole group. Entry point to this reality was the contact for a need of application platform for the administrative and operational management of shared spaces and access to premises in Milan.

 

 

Customer need

The main objective was, on the one hand, to renew the IT infrastructure in use within the approximately 2,700 m2 that host Le Village by CA Milano, consisting of meeting rooms and flexible spaces to accommodate startups, partners and events, on the other hand adopt application solutions that facilitate the operational and administrative management by Le Village users.

 

Risults obtained

SOFTWARE

Through the adoption of the cloud platform Enable.Work users can:

  • Improve your work experience and use the services in a simple and effective way.
  • Consolidate the management of subscriptions, contracts, invoicing and reservations for the various available resources
  • Take advantage of in-depth reporting features

 

HARDWARE

  • The infrastructure has been completely renewed, including: 9 servers and 2 storage hosting some business applications
  • 2 multifunction printers in managed mode, including the Print Management Papercut suite (for more information click here)
  • 12 switches and 45 wifi access points to ensure reliable and efficient connectivity, essential for a host community of start-ups, coworking rooms, hubs, events.
  • 11 workstations (notebook and smartphone) for the staff of Le Village Milano

SERVICES

The IT infrastructure and workstations are monitored and managed by Managed Services from TT Tecnosistemi which include, among others:

  • Proactive Monitoring of the infrastructure
  • Event Management
  • Patch Management
  • Hardware change Management
  • Help desk service first and second level

 

Conclusion

The synergy between our robust hardware infrastructure, advanced software and managed services aims to ensure an optimal operating environment for Le Village, supporting its mission to foster innovation and growth in the startup and enterprise ecosystem.
