TRANSFER YOUR PUBLIC WI-FI INTO A MARKETING INSTRUMENT
Social Media Wi-Fi: create customer loyalty, promote your brand, and receive profiling information
The Social Media Wi-Fi "Cloud4Wi" solution allows you to enhance your wireless infrastructure by enabling you to:
- Build customer loyalty
- Promote your brand
- Increase the presence of your brand on social media
- Promote products, services, and special offers
- Retrieve your customers' information for marketing campaigns
- Make your communication channels available to third parties and monetise their traffic
All this is thanks to the creation of a Splash Portal, a landing page specifically created to allow users to login and able to offer a multimedia messaging channel between visitor and hotspots. Feature-rich, easy to use and simple to implement (you have a set of intuitive Drag & Drop tools available or, if you prefer, you can import your CSS directly).
In addition, thanks to the responsive approach, the Splash Portal of Cloud4Wi adapts your content and your templates to different devices, ensuring maximum ease of use on laptops, tablets and smartphones.
The control panel, accessible via the Cloud at any time and from anywhere, allows you to personalise:
Access methods: such as social network login, click-through, default credentials, etc;
Access policies: defining, for example, the time limit for network access for each user;
The Web App on the login page: polls, RSS Feed, instant win promotions and many more.
Facebook Like or Post: you can make sure that to login, users need to "Like" your company's Facebook page; or ensure that prior to login, a Geolocation at your company's premises is effectuated and posted on the user's Facebook page;
Direct Marketing: promotions can be sent to the users that connect. In this case, you can send promotions via SMS, Social Media Networks and Email, based on the contact information provided during registration;
Geo-localised Promotions: you will be able to send the right message to the right locations;
Monitoring Analytics: by analysing the data, you can create comprehensive reports about actions of the users who access the network.
